As I am writng with this pen the cap is constantly coming loose, and it won't stay posted firmly. Anyone else have this problem with theirs?

Yep, I find this too! It doesn't really bother me, as I don't like writing with posted pens, as I have small hands!

even pens that post well occassionally pop off. try getting in the habit of writing unposted. i only have a couple pens that actually feel better posted.

I never post any but the very shortest pens (ie ringtops), and I'm thinking of selling them!
