Hello from Northern Virginia! I really find this site to be one of the most informative fountain pen sites on the web, and
also one of the most dangerous. I want to buy all of the reviewed pens!
I am somewhat new to fountain pens. I have had an Aurora and Cross FP for sometime, but they seem to wind up in a
drawer, unused, until I rediscover them. I also have a MB Cervantes ballpoint, and while taking my Dad's Parker
Vacumatic to be repaired, found the matching FP on sale! This is sick, I also picked up a yellow large Sailor 1911 (yellow
submarine), because they were out of the green Pelikan M 800 to add to the collection. Now, that is enough pens to last
a lifetime, right?

I left NOVA 2 years ago for these here parts in pencil gnawing TN. There ain't a bottle of ink or cartridge, much less a FP, within a 50 mile radius. Probably farther, I ran low on gas. So, enjoy the wealth of places in NOVA that sell the good stuff.
It is my custom to warn the new folks that I am the only sane person here and I do so now. (Beware of the Borg).

A lifetime when it comes to fountain pens lasts only about 10 minutes so to speak. A quick trip to a pen show will really make you go wild, and you can purchase more "lifetimes" in a blink of an eye. Don't be surprised that if a decade goes by, you'll have over 100 pens in your collection.
