A friend of mine found this pen in the wild, here in Italy.

The pen is the golden Vac, showed here among another Canadian OS and a standard burgundy.

The pen is strange as has same size of the OS pen but has a single band at the cap and shows a striped section. The Canadian imprint has a big 4 as date code, the nib only the PARKER imprint (and lower a digit that I can't see properly as goes under the section, looks a 8 or a 9).

Both jewels are striped.

Any inputs?

Thanks

Yeah, sure I have input. I wish I found that pen!

I think, which is usually dangerous, that this is an Overmax. I have never seen one, but the capband is analagous to a Senior Maxima more so than an OS. OS Vacs, I believe only came with triple capbands.

Very nice pen. I totally love my OS that I recieved a month or so ago. It is the nicest writer that I currently own.

Cheers,
SG

Now, cue the Evil Dr and get the real scoop. smile.gif
