I'm considering upgrading my trusty Aurora Idea (Fine) to a Style (Extra Fine). I've grown accustomed to the rather flexible nib of the Idea, but I do need a finer nib.
Anyone have any ideas on how flexy the Style nib is? Is the XF nib excessively scratchy?

Your post was long ago, but I'm interested in the Style right now. For what it is worth, my Aurora Ipsilon XF nib is a bit toothy, but I like it, it's not excessive. It writes more like a fine. For comparison, the Namiki VP fine is a more like an XF than the Aurora. But the Ipsilon is a gold nib, don't know if the Style will be the same.

Hi,
The Style has the same nib.
It is worthy to note that the nib was not designed to be flexible, and trying to flex it can damage it.
