I've been watching that one. For some reason I've developed a liking for Esterbrooks that have been imprinted. Add that it is a WWII imprint, a set, and a dollar and I'm drooling.
Don't know if it will stay in my price range though.

Oops, I had actually meant to bid on that... oh well! I probably would have stopped short of $50 because of some other things I've been looking at recently, but I think the final price for that was actually pretty nice!

I bid exactly $50 on that one and didn't win. I might have convinced myself to go higher, but I had to take the boys to Tae Kwan D'oh about 45 minutes before auction end. Oh well.

That is one sweet Estie set... the engraving really makes it mean something...
Last year I found a set with the FFA (Future Farmers of America) emblem embossed on the pen/pencil.... had to buy that for my daughter... she says she is taking over PapPaps farm someday.
