I'm looking for blank FP friendly paper (no bleeding/feathering) for a leather journal cover that I have that was made for a Moleskine small notebook, the 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 size.

Blank pages are preferred or lined if I have to. Side bound.

Anybody got any recomendations?

Well ok, I ordered some Clairefontaine in the same size so I'll see how it does.
