Is there any way to get the broad nib of a Pelikan level 5 replaced with a fine nib?

I doubt Pelikan do nib exchanges for the Level anymore. If it's really important, you could have the nib turned into a fine by a nibmeister. Deb Kinney is superlative and has a shorter waiting list than Robert Binder or John Mottishaw. Deb's at

I have one with fine nib and I would like to change to broad nib.
I can send you a broad nib and you may post a fine nib to me.
Do you know how to remove the nib?
