I see dozens of sellers from Thailand posting Parker 61's, 51's, etc on Ebay all the time. Are they reliable, or is it just a scam?

5% reliable, 95% scam.

Hi deitic_nib,

While there may be some honest sellers from Thailand, I personally stay away from them, except Speerbob, just too many scam sellers over there.
