Do any vendors in the U.S. carry rhodium-plated nib assemblies for the Vanishing Point? I know they're available at Cult Pens, but I'd like to find a domestic source if possible. Thank you.

As far as I know, Pilot does not sell the plated nibs in US, so no US vendor would have them unless they brought them into the country themselves.

This just makes me crazy. ph34r.gif

Okay, can anyone point me to online vendors, regardless of location, that stock the Vanishing Point with rhodium trim and rhodium-plated nib?

Just curious --what are the merits of a rhodium-plated nib over FP's gold nib?

None. For me, it's purely aesthetic value. Silly? Probably. Essential? You bet. wink.gif

If you get really stuck, I can rhodium-plate a gold nib. See this post.
