I have two pens inked, one with Noodlers Aircorp, the other with Noodlers Blue-Black. If I make a mistake and add Aircorp to the converter with Blue-Black in it, is there any negative consequence to worry about? Or are problems limited to mixing bulletproof/non-bulletproof, and inks of different manufacturers? thanks.

I'm not an expert on this, but I've been doing some research in preparation to give a few mixes a whirl. It seems most inks can be mixed without causing problems. The exceptions I've heard about are Noodler's Iraqi Indigo with PR Tanzanie (if I remember correctly) and three PR inks that shouldn't be mixed with any other ink: Candy Apple Red, Tangerine Dream, and Hot Bubble Gum.
Even though most ink mixes seem benign it's advisable to mix a small batch and let it sit for a day or so to see if it turns bad (gums up, lots of particulate, etc.)
I doubt you'll have any trouble with Aircorp and Blue-Black mixed in the converter, but if it's a particularly valuable pen you may want to flush it out just to be extra safe.

It would be interesting to hear if anyone ever experienced problems mixing inks of the same brand.
