Is this model good? Is the Dinkie line of Fountain Pens good?
How much do they usually go for?

The Dinkie 560 is one of the later models made for only a year or two in the early 1960s. It is a transitional model between the 550 and the 570. It is made in the same casein materials as the 550 but is a little slimmer and longer and has a semi hooded section, similar to the later 'lumina' 570 models.

If you want a small, slim pen in those colours, it's fine. I would suggest the price for a fully working model in excellent condition from a dealer should be no more than £45 (GB pounds sterling).

More generally, the Dinkie line of fountain pens is wonderful - full of history (made from 1922 - 1972), colour and innovation (yes I know I'm biased)! However, the post war pens (some 540s, 550s, 560s and 570s) are really unexciting compared with the pre-war pens, though they are perfectly good for everyday use if you like a small pen.

I have found Diamine inks to be the most reliable in all my Dinkies, they flow well and don't take too long to dry. PR inks were also OK though I don't think they were as fast drying. None of the Noodlers I tried worked terribly well.

I'm sure there are many more that would work just as well.
