I bought a Windsor Foursome, It wasnt an expensive set and came with a ballpoint, a Pocket knife, a lead pencil. It came with a pretty nice looking fountain pen, but the air sac can't dispell the air. There seems to be some blockage in the section or something. Can someone help me out, or tell me how to remove the feeder from the section.

If it's so clogged up with ??? that no even air will pass, the nib & feed need to be removed from the ssection and given a thorough cleaning.
