One of the Office Depots near me carries Waterman Florida Blue cartridges. The Office Max and the other Office Depot near me don't carry any liquid ink. A Staples should be opening in my area in a couple of weeks, I'll check them out then.

I can get waterman, parker, sheaffer, and I think cross in cartridges, but only parker in bottle....

so far ive only found waterman black and florida blue at my local office depot, and parker quink black at a staples.
edit: waterman is in carts, quink is in bottles

I bought some Quink Black from my local Staples, don't remember about Office Depot, or Office Max.

Our Staples store usually has Quink. Over the years at various Staples stores in Maryland and Ohio I've found clearance cartridges in various brands for pennies.
At an office supply store in Zanesville, Ohio, several years back (not a chain store)--the salesman said they stopped carrying any bottled ink because of the growing popularity of home or do-it-yourself tattooing.
Yes, I was visiting my hometown. And no, I have no inclination to self-tattoo-- even "Fountain Pen Freak".
