Usually, my on-site digital photo lab shoots at the pen shows only vintage pens. But i was asked to image a modern DF brown pinstripe for a friend who retails pens.

I do like the look of some of the moderns. The pearl/black and graypearl/black, the mosaics, the new check pattern... not too bad.

Here is a typical shot that would print lifesized at 300dpi. I usually shrink the raw images for the web.
