Hello Parker Forum:

So I've got a feed on one of my 51s they seems to enjoy rotating around. I'm not sure exactly what causes it yet, I'll just open the pen one day and see the feed has moved a bit over to the side and looks funny. Per some threads I read around here, I very gently hold one finger against the other side of the nib and rotate the feed back into place. The thing is even when the feed is all cock-eyed the pen writes great.

The feeds on my other two 51s sit firmly in place. Is this something a repairer might have to deal with at some point in the future? Thanks!

It sounds like the feed is not properly seated in the collector or that the collector or the feed are not the proper diameter... if the nib is sitting tight in the collector, I would say the feed is either not properly seated or undersized... www.parker51.com can sell you a need feed and collector for about $5.00
