In fact, I am a Moleskinerie and I am finding a fine writing instrument for my writing and composing. I used to use pencil before because of the erasability! However, when I discover the beauty of fountain pen, I found that I can concentrate with my own handwriting, and the texture is totally different! Nevertheless, I am a newbie and the person who invited me into the world of fountain pen is my English teacher who also is my friend. She owns a Parker Sonnet, Parker 100, two Parker 45s and a Vincent Van Gogh fountain pen.
I am finding the knowledge of fountain pen; Finally, I found here.
Anyway, I just own two fountain pens which is a Sonnet also, and a Muji(A Japanese retail company which sells a wide variety of household goods in minimalism style.) fountain pen.

Just the act of putting pen to paper starts me to relax and whatever comes to my mind is usually the thing that is most pressing and causing concern. Whatever ends up on the the paper helps to calm me down. Try it. It works for me.

I wonder, maybe I ask her later. By the way, where is Renzhe from? That's Traditional Chinese as I use it too.

Another welcome from Texas! Stress relief via fountain pen takes two forms: writing as mental therapy, and writing as physical therapy. Mentally, keeping a journal or diary, or simply writing one's thoughts in times of unpleasant stress can help focus one's thoughts. It's been shown to reduce both fear and stress. Writing as physical therapy is much as a painter might paint to relieve stress, or a musician might play their instrument, or sing. I find writing, like Mike1, very relaxing.
Glad to have you here--
