Have enjoyed following the recent discussions of mixing Noodlers with other brands. One comment indicated mixing two Noodlers BulletProof resulted in a non-flowing ink.
Are there problems with mixing the various BulletProof inks with Noodlers "Near" BulletProofs? Or how 'bout two "Nears"?
I have 3 BulletProof, Black, Polar Blue, Lexington Grey. The "Near" are Zhivago, Marine Green, Navy, Blue-Black, Red-Black.
Was considering trying a variation on DennisU's Super Lux using Polar Blue and Navy, and perhaps Zhivago and Marine Green.

Well, try it and let us know...

I have made several deep blue mixes using Polar blue and have not seen any flow problems. I have loaded Polar blue mixes into a couple of pens and it seems to work just fine. There is an extensive discussion

I do it all the time, no problems yet.

Last night made the big jump into mixing. Gathered some syringes from my vet and a small glass jar. Then realized most of my pens were fillers vs converter and didn't want to make a large batch. Ran through the house hunting converter pens and pondered which to possibly sacrifice to this adventure.
Did a 50-50 mix of Polar Blue and Navy. As expected it came out in between the two colors. Lighter than Navy, the purple of Polar Blue gone... more of a regular blue. Not bad.
Dennis, thanks for pointing to that discussion. Read it previously but couldn't find it again.
What to mix next?

If you want to open some possibilities, order a bottle of Noodler's Yellow.
And I got the idea from Melnicki of doing the mixing in the cartridge.
