Pen says Meisterstuck.~12mm diam. at cap lip, 135mm capped, 118mm w/out cap.
All the trim looks right. Feed is unlined/ungrooved and not plastic. Looks like the same mat'l as on an older 146 I have. Pen had no filler, but it took to a MB cart like a duck to water.
The weird part is it's a slip cap. No threads.
Is this a real MB? If so, will it take a converter?
What is the name/numeral designation of it?
Thanks for any help.

You gotta picture of that one?

Just measured mine and I'll bet its a M144 Classique, they are no longer made. I use a MB converter in mine without any problem at all.

Thanks for the info. Now to find a converter. Too expensive for the carts...

Cartridges will work as well as the converter; you must use a MB converter however, they are superior to standard variants in having a threaded collar for safety.
