i picked up a few inexpensive pens from ebay and a box of supplies from wood bin to learn how to restore. my intent was to get them back in working order and sell them. i wasn't looking to make any money on them, just something to do for fun.

now that i've done a few esterbrooks, an old duofold, and a really nice double jewel vacumatic, i can't bring myself to put them back on ebay.

i'm doomed. i'm going to end up like some of the more famous members of the board. i need to get started on that room addition. biggrin.gif

Well, you don't need to put them on e-Bay; just send all the stuff to me and your problem will be solved! wink.gif

You know this selling thing did not work for me - some 30 pens and more and counting. I need to join the pens annon.

Yes, true, but they (fountain pens) are almost an endangered species. Sometimes when I write - kids look at that and say "what is that". I am glad to explain - but then "can I write with it". Ofcourse I oblige wink.gif
