Please see
This new thread I started, where I say that I'm no longer binding journals for new groups (with dear apologies), and encourage people to start new groups.
For clarity's sake, people on this list (higher up) that still haven't participated are: Slush99, Lisanti, Imagesbycfm, Amadeus Martin, Sharkle, TOB9595, Kayaker, PelikanPenman, Matthew.Norton, Shalley....
So if you want to start one, I would recommend starting from around there. PM people to see if they're still interested, SEE IF THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT BEING RESPONSIBLE WITH IT, and get their addresses. You just need four people. Instructions are on the thread I created.
Best wishes,
MM

I have started a thread
Travelling Journal - December 2007 here for those who still wish to participate. I will be picking names out of a hat on December 20th. I'd like to keep the group small, since this is my first time coordinating this type of endeavor.
Thanks for the interest.

They both had room and were accepting pms recently. Good luck! Traveling journals are fun!

MM08 came in essentially full a few nights ago. I will try to scan it sometime so all participants can keep a copy, and I will be binding a replacement journal to pick up where we left off! Thanks for participation, it was a real hoot to read!

Okay, I have had a hand-bound journal sitting on my desk for too many months -- it was originally destined to be a travelling journal, but then when I wrote my first entries, I noticed that the paper wasn't so pleasant to use FP's on. (Despite testing it beforehand in the affirmative, it seems to be smooth, perhaps coated, and thus is only practical to use with wetter pens, lest the line be fine). I decided not to send it out. But then I looked at it and thought, "well why not?"
So I'm offering the first four blokes to PM me with their snail address (US preferred, but I'll be openminded) to participate in this lackluster journal. Its exterior is really handsome, if I may say, but don't complain about the paper, okay?
And please don't participate if you don't think you can send the journal on swiftly to the next person. So many of my journals are stalled somewhere -- out of 10, only two have returned completed so far!.
