That is a Parker VS, but a Frankenpen...
The cap is from a Parker 51 Vac filler and it also has the wrong blind cap.

The VS does not have an arrow clip cap...
The blind cap threads will be the same as for a Parker 51 Vac filler, so if you can get a 51Vac blind cap that matches the color you could make a nice pen out of this one... finding the cap will be the real difficult part

OK, that explains it. Thanks for the info. VS's are not at all common here in the UK so although I am aware of the model I can't remember the last time I actually saw one!

You won't get that color match, since the VS and the 51 used completely different kinds of plastic, and the rust-red color that is common on the VS doesn't have a 51 equivalent. Parts shouldn't be that hard to come by, though. The hoods and barrels tend to break the most, leaving a supply of caps and blind caps.

I bought one that writes sweet when dipped.. it in the process of being restored now..... but I just dip tested it and it is nice...
Mine is a gray with lusterloy cap....
