I must apologise for this perhaps slightly pointless post. It is just that I am Happy Happy Happy, and FPN seems to be the best place to let it all out!

My new Sailor Sapporo turned up today for Valentines Day (admittedly a few days early - I nagged and nagged and nagged). It is a JOY and a DELIGHT. And I am so glad I got the zoom nib - I love it. It is SO smooth whatever way I hold the pen! And I can do big fat lines and neat thin ones all with the same pen. Hurrah! Hurrah!

I bought a pen for someone for V-Day too. I normally don't observe V-Day, but I've needed an excuse to buy her a pen for some time now. I think this will work. Her birthday is in May too, so if she likes what she gets for V-Day, then I'll end up getting her a better one for her birthday.
