Three related questions, really, so I thought I'd put them together:

1 . I've seen mention of "Old Style" Pelikans, for example:

What were the differences between the old styles and the new? Were the sizes different, or the same?


2. I've seen rumours that various current colours of Pelikan are going to be withdrawn, such as the amber 320 and the 805s. Does anyone have more info on exactly which and when?

And finally:

3. Is there any news on what might replace them, or is Pelikan just reducing the line? I hope this isn't an ominous sign...

I thought I read that the x05 models were being discontinued, but can't find it where I originally thought it was. Otherwise, nothing specific except I've noticed "clearance" prices on a couple of models at various online sites.

I haven't heard about the 320, but I would like to have a couple more color choices in the M300 size that don't raise the price too much like the M320.
