After a long time of neither contributing to any pen forum nor working on my website or ink sample booklets (moving to a new appartement, vacations, lots of work at work...) I finally have some time to care more for pens and inks again :-)

Lately I'm becomming interested in modern Pelikan pens; here is a picture of my first modern Pelikan: a classic green striped M 800 with a very smooth "M" nib (might get regrounded into a fine italic one day).




...also I'm trying to get better in taking pictures of my pens :-)

I am a little jealous, it took me weeks and 1000s of pictures before I got one to look good.

M800 is my favorite all around pen, it covers everything.

i just received mine today and it is wonderful.

Nice pic, great pen. I have one with a Mottishawed B nib that's really something. I find it a tad heavy (and top-heavy) for extended use, but when I'm in the mood for it, it provides a very special writing experience.
