My Legal Lapis bottle has some nasty things floating in it

. I have been using inks for many years this is my first SITB case.
I am glad that I have been using it on only one pen which is now under Giovanni's treatment.
But I would like to return the bottle for exchange. My question is:
Who do I return it to: Pendemonium? Luxury Brands? or Nathan himself?

Nathan Tardif recommends that you contact the retailer that you bought the ink from.

Sam was extremely gracious and sent a quick replacement.
The problematic ink bottle should be in New England by now for examination.
