Just wanted to share with you all the positive experience I had with Chartpak. The M200 was my first Pelikan, and wouldn't you know it, it ended up being a stinker. Writing was extremely dry, there was definitely some kind of flow issue.

Per the direction of some FPN'ers, I shot an email to Chartpak and told them about my problem. They told me to send the pen in with a note detailing what the problem was. It took me a few weeks to finally box up and send the pen in. A week and half later is today, and the pen was on my doorstep! And guess what? It writes beautifully! Perfect, wet, beautiful lines out of this F nib.

During all of this, I had purchased and sold an m205 in M nib, and had decided that Pelikans just aren't for me. Now I'm not so sure. I am thoroughly enjoying writing with this F nib using DC Supershow Blue.

Anywho, thanks to Chartpak, and thanks to FPN!

This is not a difficult item to sell. As you are discovering, it is not necessarily a difficult item to keep, either. biggrin.gif

So glad it went well with Chartpak! Not that I am surprised at all--I sent a new pen in for a nib size swap, and I had it back within DAYS of my mailing it to them. I'm sure it was a simple operation for them, but they did test it before returning it to me, as well. Enjoy your M200!

smile.gif I had a similar and very recent experience with these folks. The service is outstanding. Fast and no hassle turn around. I wish all the folks I have dealt with treated me half as well as Chartpak. They really care about what they do. biggrin.gif
