Please suggest a birthday pen for me, that is a pen made in 1963, or close to it. I have seen Mr. Binders list, but would like your suggestions as well. I was thinking maybe a Sheaffer PFM. There should be one made around then.

A PFM is a good choice. My folks gave me a PFM set when I was in high school. I graduated in 1964. I have since lost that pen and pencil many years ago. I wish I had them now.
