Hello:

I have an old parker 25, which writes really well. However, the cap has a plastic liner (for lack of the proper term) that comes out sometimes when I uncap the pen. This is also the method for securing the clip. Should I use some super glue to fix it or is there another technique?

I would not use superglue. It's worth experimenting on some similar materials, but my gut instinct is something like Threadlock - it sticks, but can be removed. I repeat - try on some other plastic/metal combo before doing anything. Other option is to buy a s/h 25 and swap out the nib.
