Hi,

Nice desk.

My desk is littered with pens to repair because I underestimated the time for the repair supplies (sacs, gaskets, and shellac) to come. I have several pens to resac sitting on my desk, a pair of inlaid nibs in the middle of sealing (long process) , several snorkel-filled pens needing point holder gaskets, and several nibs to grind. The grinds will be done today, but the rest are just sitting there. When the supplies come, all the pens and paper work on my desk will be mostly gone except for my own pens (1 or 2 pens and a pencil or two.). smile.gif

It looks like you have a nice butcher block desk. I have a desk with a laminate top, a step up from that paper-covered cardboard top (It looked good, until you used it, then it warped slowly, absorbed ink, bubbled, and did crazy things) I used to have.

Thanks, It's a dining table from Ikea (my 18th B'day present) and has another leaf (which is folded against the wall) which makes it twice as big as it is in the pic, which is awesome for my pattern and fabric cutting!!

Hi - Great desk, looks like you have plenty of space and pretty organised - wish mine was like that.

The picture of desk thread is such a great one - like Betty, I like looking at them smile.gif
