All metal construction, fairly thick. Very nice finish on both. Can't find a name on either but I think they are "URANUS", maybe from the same people who make the Duke line of pens.

Can't find it in my heart to ink them, I will probably never use them. Both nibs feel the same, dry on printer paper, stiff and a fair amount of smoothness.

Oh yea, they have a compass on the cap top. Ain't that cute?
