I have only two Waterman pens, a Kultur and a Liaison. While I quite like the Liaison it seems to be a fairly dry writer. Are Waterman pens in general dry writers?
My judgement is based on comparison to other pen brands that I have, which include: Pelikan, Sheaffer, Cross, Sailor, Parker, Lamy, all of which are wetter writers than the Waterman Liaison.
Thanks.

I have four Watermans (2 Expert II, a Phileas and a Gentleman), and all of them are on the wet side compared, for example, with my Parkers (excepting for one of my Frontiers)

I have a couple of Carene Deluxe's and they all seem to write on the wet side of things. I also had a Phileas that I recall was on the wet side. I have since sent it off the Kissing, so maybe he can pop in and let us all know how it is working for him.

Maybe a change of ink will make a difference. I am sure that the answer will be found on this forum.

I have about a dozen Watermans, and they range from wet to very wet. There seems to be a problem with the Liaison though - there are some threads at FPN about how dry it is, and about some sort of surgery that most be done to its feed in order to make it wetter (I´ve never written with one, though).
