As Conway Stewart Pens are collected world wide
Lot of buyer asks me can I give them inf. on the dates pen is made and did they come with say a matching penknife.
I have a web site devoted to only Conway Stewart Pen and item that were made by the original
Conway Stewart Co. History Started. 1905 but did not MFG their own Pen under the name of Conway Stewart until 1909 and only till 1914. But started again in 1919/1920 with the speedy Phil and closed in 1965.
There are lots of things Conway Stewart Made, maybe your not aware of all the items made over the years
1 Vintage pens first the safety Pen
Then the Ink Pencils (Stylograph) made of Black hard Rubber and Red Hard Rubber.
Fountain Pens Button Fillers
Fountain Pens Lever Fillers
Fountain Pens Speedy Fillers
And so on they made a small pen and called it a ‘’Dandy’’
Then they made a Miniature pen for the ladies called a Dinkie
They made lot of famous pens like the Scribe these were the most beautiful they made more than 30 different colors in this pen.
Next was the International Pen also in the same type of colors and I have display that were made for the shops
To put in the windows
Pencils to match the pen and make pen set, that made pencils that did not match just as a pencils some very long
Pencils made of Red Hard Rubber, and metal pencils, like silver, GFT and Gold, the Gold is Rare
Conway Stewart Made Ink Bottle with Ink rare to find today.
Lanyards for the ladies to match the pens and pencils also rare items.
Conway Boxes are very collectable as they made lot of Different Box’s Art Deco Boxes.
There was not much in advertising and the ads are very hard to find in Black and white or color.
I have just started a new list buy type of pen as there is not much Information to help say some one that was to collect say only Dinkie pens I have a list by type so it can help a new collector.
