Hello everyone,

I'm waiting on a a nice user Parker 51 pen and pencil set that I picked up, and I was curious if one can still pick up the leads and erasers for the pencil, or if another manufacturer makes ones that will fit. It's an injector pencil with the four parallel lines circling the tip.

Thanks,
slippy
I managed to find the answer, and I'll put the info up in case anyone else finds it helpful. The eraser is a 6mm, Parker makes one, but I've heard it's discontinued (although I managed to find it). Sheaffer makes one that fits as well. The pencil lead is just regular 0.9mm, which Cross and others market.

I've found that the Cross erasers for their old 0.9mm pencils also work in the "51" pencils, as well as Esterbrook pencils. They are tough to find, however.

The 0.9mm leads are pretty easy to find, though. Even Staples stocks them.

And the injector pencils are great. Nice size, reliable lead advance and a great companion to the pen.
