I found these 100 sheet pads at Longs Drugstore priced at $0.99USD each, and for me they test fountain pen friendly.

Is there a brand name?

I found something called Alco Writing Tablet, 100 sheets ruled, 5.5"x9", at a local Drug Mart for 99 cents also. Distributed by Atico International USA, Inc. Made in Indonesia.

BTW, no feathering nor bleed through with inks I've used so far. Drying times seem a bit long, though.

It is a Longs Drugstore house product made for them. It does have the "Longs" logo in the upper left hand corner. I would imagine that it is a OEM product that other people have branded with their own logos. I could not find any indication on the pads of who the "Made in China" manufacture is.

Longs is a large west coast chain, California, Hawaii, Washington, Nevada, Colorado and Oregon.
