Talk about amazing service.... I paid for the auction on 18Oct and the inks arrived today 23Oct, from Greece....
The only problem is I was promised two bottles of Emerald and received a bottle of Ruby and only one Emerald...
I really don't care for the Ruby at all and the Ebony is just so so IMO, but I will probably still use that one.
The Sapphire and the Emerald just about knocked my socks off... especially the Emerald. My favorite dark blue is La Couleur Royale by Noodlers, it is deep with just a touch of a purple back tint. This Sapphire is definately going to be #2 on my list.
Where the Noodlers is a deeper darker color blue, that definately darkens in the pen over time, the Sapphire has a brigher more natural brilliant look to it.

The Emerald, however, is just WOW, reminds me of St Patrick's Day in New York. Just that kind of Emerald Isle Green...

I love the way the bottle has that little well to fill from... the only problem with that is that I had to fill the well twice to get a complete fill on a Parker Vacumatic.

Yes I did... he is selling me another bottle of Emerald for $8.00 plus shipping... will cost about $15.00 all told... less than the average I paid for the other 4.

i'll have to check my stash. I can't remember if it's 3 or 4 bottles now.

either is probably enough for the rest of my lifetime.

but...you can never be too skinny or have too much Emerald.
