I searched and searched to no avail. Is there a way to lubricate the piston in my Pelikan Go!? Or should I only put lubricating ink in this pen, from this point forward? TIA

No way to take apart a GO to lube it... the 3 my daughter and I have been using have been on a steady diet of PR or Noodlers ink for about a year and have not needed a lube job yet....
If the piston is tight or not moving send it to Chartpak, they will still fix it...
