Full Version: Can my Targa squeeze filler take a converter?

I bought a Targa NOS off the 'Bay - I paid $40 and while I don't know if that was a good price or not (I suspect it was OK, but not great) I am extremely satisfied with the pen. It's pretty much my most used pen aside from my Sonnet, and has an air of indestructibility about it. Plus it's the perfect size for me.

However I am not real thrilled with the squeeze filler - I can't see how much ink is left in the pen, and I am not certain I am getting a good fill. So if I can swap in a converter, that would be ideal.

The Sheaffer twist fillers will fit into a Targa. But you do need to use a Sheaffer converter.

I did not know that, thank you Ron! I've never been a fan of the squeeze fillers either.
