I am asking for advice. I have a new Sheaffer Balance II that I purchased from luanne 870 with a stub nib. It's far to wet and broad for my use.
My question is: is it preferable to have one of the meisters grind the nib down to a fine stub, or does Sheaffer offer replacement nibs? I have two other Balance II pens with fine points, which I enjoy. I have no particular preference for fine stub over fine.

In the sheaffer web page you have the service address. They will change the section for free if the pen is new
