I got a bottle of Foam Green last night to go in my new Monteverde Jeweleria green pen.
It's nice ink, seems to flow well but not flood the paper. For such a light colour, it does at least have shading with the medium nib that I was using.
I will use it in spring mostly, atlhough it does match the pen. I might also add a drop or two of something a bit more blue-ish to make it a bit more 'seafoamy' to my sense of vision.

Thanks for the review though, Neecerie!

Thanks, Neecerie. This really is a nice spring green. Makes me think of new spring foliage rather than "sea foam." I've learned the hard way [buying ink I end up not using] that I'm just not happy with very light colored ink for writing letters or taking notes. However, they are nice sometimes for a greeting on a handmade greeting card.

Am still using it in the pen, and the ink colour really seems to vary with the paper as it dries.
It's anywhere from that spring green you saw, to indeed a slightly more seafoam colour.
Not sorry I picked it up at all. I will probably use it more in spring then in the autumn, but I can totally see writing snails with it around easter!
I will try to get more scans of it on different paper, since in this case it -really- looks different on different paper.

Thanks for the sample Neecerie. It's a bit yellow for my tastes, but it does scream Easter egg green.
