Sorry something I missed earlier !!
I have just posted in general founatin pen page this message. Posting here again to get specialists' help.
This is a Sheaffer pen made in Australia. I am using since1982. Medium nib, wet line, very dependable.
Filling system: Aerometric filler came with it. Takes Sheaffer and International cartridges.
Nib is from USA. Short clip, about 2.5cm. Length 14.4cm posted and 12.9cm capped.
Can any one tell me which model is this? Is this only from Australia or this was made even in USA?

That pen appears to be the pen I've seen labelled as the "Sheaffer Imperial 440". (I have a green one identical to the one in the pictures in my pocket and a blue one in my desk cup. These are - at the moment - my favorite Sheaffer pens. Not a 'collectors item' by any means, but a very, very nice writer and daily use pen. Both of mine are labelled as "Made In The USA".)
