I would love to know if anyone here knows anything about this pen:

I bought it at a yard sale for $1 because it looked pretty, but I'm trying to find out where/when it is from.

The box it came with had this on the top and bottom:

antoniosz
What does the nib say? It sure looks flexilicious biggrin.gif

The nib says I think "Mabie Todd & Co N.Y"

I believe this should be removed to the general fountain pen forum as it doesn't appear to be a Sheaffer pen

I have absolutely no ideas but am fascinated. Will watch this thread to see what others report. Thanks for presenting it for review.

It's a lovely-looking pen, but the box does not necessarily have to belong to the pen and vice-versa. Is there any writing (imprints) on the pen or cap?
It's a lovely pattern, whatever it is smile.gif

I believe this pen is the shorter ringtop version of one I just sold recently in the Market Place. Very nicely made with good flexible nibs... $1.00 is definately a sumgai on this pen... mine had a cap threading issue and I sold it for $35.00 and the person who got it likes the way it writes.... When I resaced mine I believe it took a #14 sac...

Yay! smile.gif This pen is now mine after some trading of items cool.gif

Can't wait till he ships it and I get to restore it. I've been wanting a flex nib for quite a while now. Watch out, Mr.antoniosz!

....on second thought I take that back laugh.gif
