Guys, I have seen a Montblanc pen at the antique shop, but so far I haven't any luck identifying it.

It was black, with gold hardware and nib, and was, unlike most Montblancs, slim. Piston filler. It's most characteristic feature were little transparent rhombs on its ink window... Help please?

thanx,
Nenad

Nenad, try this site: www.fountainpen.de
It is in German, but you can click through the different decades (e.g. '1960-1989') of the "vintage pens" category which you can find in the upper part of that webpage. The n you can try the different pens listed on the left. There are only Montblancs listed.

Thanx saintsimon,

I have looked through the collection on the fountainpens.de but have no luck. The best match is the 32D model, from the '70, but I cannot tell if there is any decoration on the ink window... sad.gif
