new line, impressions?

Looks like a Lamy Studio competitor to me. I've seen it live but haven't tried it yet. The shiny, slippery metal section is nothing for me.

not into metal pens but would like to know how it does on the market.

And there's that darn Lamy-style nib. (same sort of nib on other inexpensive Pel pens) - just doesn't thrill me.

Hey, how does that nib fit onto the pen? Does anyone know? Is it a friction fit? I've got one of these coming in with a cursive italic on it and I'd thought about swapping it over onto my Level.

Hi rroossinck,

Resurecting an old post... I did a search for info on the Pura and came across your post here.
I have the blue Pura with a fine point. I like the looks of the pen, and it writes well enough, I'm just not a "Fine Point" fanatic. Anyway, any luck with your nib swap? I've been thinking about send mine out for a stub italic. Do you think it would be worth it? Any opinion you may have would be appreciated.

Thanks!
