Here's a sheet of blue inks, scanned and color corrected. The writing is done with a offset copperplate dip nib, rinsed and dried between different inks. The large strokes are done with a Q-tip.

The paper is Advantage brand ink jet paper 24 pound weight and 94 brightness.

The J. Herbin Bleu Pervenche Parfumee is from a cartridge.

The black ink at the top is Noodler's Polar Black

Thank you for all your hard work! Your scans are most useful.

Your Blue Suede looks much darker than the sample I got from Pear Tree; mine looked more like a brilliant turquoise. (I think your sample looks more like its namesake.)
