Can anyone help ID this ladies Sheaffer cartridge pen?

PenHero
It looks like a Lady Sheaffer XVII or Lady Scripsert XVII. The cap and barrel should be a brocade pattern and the raised cap band should have little rinestones all the way around. The section should be black. The model was introduced in 1959 and sold for $15. That was more than the majority of other Sheaffer pens at the time.

I have a Lady Skripsert like that (Lady Skripsert was the name on the box). My has emerald crystals all around the center band. The silver has a moire finish.

I lusted after this pen when I saw it for sale in the gift section of the neighborhood drug store at Christmas time in either 1959 or 1960. I found mine on ebay and bought it as my birthday present to myself in May, 2003.
