I searched this forum and several web sites with no luck, so I'm turning to the Sheaffer experts.
I have a "white dot" Snorkel with gold trim, blue barrel and cap, black "spiral" section, no writing on the clip. But it has a 14K No. "5" open nib (an XF or XXF).
Did this pen originally have a Triumph nib and was swapped out later?
Thanks,
Bill

Bill,
All white dot snorkels featured a Triumph nib ( 14K or PdAg)
So Yes, it looks the cap or the section were swapped some were.

Thanks, that's what I suspected. I don't know which end was swapped out, but the pen does work fine.
