Are there ralations to Penkala in Zagreb? When did this firm exist and who founted it? What did they produce?

Thomas hi,
in 1951. a London company took name of PENKALA PRODUCTS LIMITED although it was not coneected with the former owners. London company used PENKALA name to launch its products- Roll Tip- a pencil with a ball at the end and Ball Point- fountain pen.
