I got this pen off of ebay last week, my first Vacumatic. Here's a picture

I couldn't believe that I won it. Being the smaller one, it was not too expensive, and when it arrives, lo, it actually works! Now I just need a red one. Not soon, just eventually.
The guy has another Vac up right now and a bunch of nice looking Sheaffers. His user i.d. is tbickiii . If his other pens are as good as this one, they're good pens.

I swear he's not my uncle, or anything.

I've purchased many pens from tbickiii, he sell them in full working order and done in the proper fashion - good stuff and I highly recommend him.

Only one pen out of say 10 I have purchased from tbickiii had issues and he fully refunded me.

Superb!

You wont be dissappointed

I got my first about 6 weeks ago and now have 6. One less than $10, the others between $20 and $30. A couple came in working condition, I learned to replace the diaphragms on the others.
I don't know if it's the weight/balance or those fascinatin' rings but I'm a confirmed Vacucentric guit now.

Happy hunting,
Jack

Tom sells some very nice pens. Watch out for vacs. They are addictive. Below are a few images i've put together during the last few years of some nice vacs. Some of the montages aer a bit primitive. Others show later and better technique

An outrageous (and outrageously uncommon) Vacumatic "Crystal" Standard (NOT Junior) with superb clarity

A customize modern plastic pen (by Rossi) using Vac parts

A few of Mike Dvoretz's vacs

A tragic vac disaster (nearmint barrel... before)

Probably that is enough for now :-)
