As some of you may know, I'm into Sheaffer Imperial TouchDown fillers. Well, I recently acquired a VI in black and a IV in blue that had a common problem: both had their white dots damaged.

I pondered what to do about it and quickly decided to contact via email Michele Beach at Sheaffer in Fort Madison. Well, much to my delight, she said as long as the white dot was the only problem, the repairs would be no charge. I contacted her on the 21st of August, sent the pens off the next day, and they arrived today with perfect white dots, and a bill for $0.00!

Hat's off to Sheaffer for great customer service!!!
