Finally I have decided to join your community. I'm not a FP collector, just lover and dedicated user. I hope you will accept me
FP is a basic tool for me and I've been using it as long as I can remember. First they were just simple and cheap pens made in China, then custom pens I used to buy at a small repair shop in my city (today non existing, I should have kept those pens!).
Today I have six pens;
1. Waterman Charleston CT (black, chrome)
2. Waterman Charleston GT (black, gold)
3. Pelikan Souveran M600 (black and green, gold)
4. Dunhill Sidecar (black, resin + palladium)
5. Caran d'Ache Leman Godron (silver, rodium coated)
6. Aurora 85th Anniversary Limited Edition (red marbled auroloide and silver)
Charleston CT and Pelikan are my everyday pens. Charleston GT is kept in case I loose Charleston CT. Dunhill is my signature pen (only this pen has M nib, remaining have F nibs). And I use Caran d'Ache and Aurora when I want to impress my business partners
I prefer traditional pens - pistons or converters, caps screwed, nibs uncovered, elegant but not extravagant (shape, design, ornaments).
Plans for the future? Maybe Montblanc, but rather 146 or 145 models. Meisterstuck 149 is too big for me.
Pen that is my dream, but out od reach? Any of Maki-e Namiki FP.
Greetings to all
